These terms govern the WordFloor pre-launch website and waitlist operated by Simeon Pashley. WordFloor is not yet offering the private writing product or a paid service through this site.

Waitlist status

• Joining records interest and consent to the email categories described on the form.
• Joining does not create a product account, begin a trial or subscription, guarantee access, or reserve a launch date.
• Product scope, availability, eligibility, pricing, and launch timing may change before access is offered.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or over.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully, submit another person's email without authority, automate abusive submissions, probe for unauthorised access, bypass security controls, or disrupt the site or its providers.

We may block requests or remove waitlist data where reasonably necessary to protect the site, comply with law, or honour a verified rights request.

Site content and intellectual property

Pre-launch content is informational and may change. The WordFloor name, logo, copy, and site assets belong to Simeon Pashley or the relevant licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for personal, lawful use; no broader licence is granted.

Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that pre-launch descriptions will become released features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to those limits, WordFloor is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free pre-launch information and waitlist.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The current site does not accept orders or payments.

Important notice

WordFloor is a private daily writing tool, not a crisis, therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health support service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available where applicable; otherwise the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
